By downloading, installing, or using the Jacked Christians mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Jacked Christians is a faith-fueled fitness app for iOS that provides workout programming, Bible reading plans, and accountability tools. All user data is stored locally on your device.

3. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

The App offers premium features through in-app purchases and subscriptions managed by Apple's App Store and processed via RevenueCat. By making a purchase you agree to Apple's terms of service.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
• Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple per their refund policy.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, design, branding, and code within the App are the property of Jacked Christians and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose. You are responsible for maintaining your device and any data stored on it. The App provides fitness information for educational purposes only — consult a physician before beginning any exercise program.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jacked Christians shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to injury, data loss, or loss of revenue.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time without notice. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
